What is Unity Under the Stars?

Unity Under the Stars is a weekend camping trip in Central Florida where people in recovery and their families can attend meetings, participate in fun activities, or just relax and enjoy the food and fellowship.

Who can attend?

Anyone in recovery and their families.

What activities are included?

AA speaker meetings, CA meetings, NA meetings, resentment burning, sobriety countdown, kayaking, kids activities, and more.

Is food provided?

Yes, we will provide dinner Friday and Saturday nights in addition to breakfast Saturday morning.

What are the dates?

March 13-15, 2026

What is the location?
Can I bring my RV?

Yes, RV's are welcome. Please be aware there are no hookups. You may use a quiet generator.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and please remember to clean up after them.

Can I arrive early?

No. Please do not arrive early. This will allow the committee time to setup and prepare for everyone's arrival.

Do I have to spend the night?

No. You can purchase a Saturday Day Pass if you just want to join us for the Saturday activities and dinner.

Terrible. Do not count on your cell phone working at the event. Please let the appropriate people know you may be un-reachable during this time. We do have means of placing calls in an emergency situation.

What's the cell service like at Doe Lake?
Can I pay at the event?

We rather you did not, but we will not turn people away that show up. Registering ahead and early as possible will help us plan for meals and activities. Due to the absence of cell service, we will not be able to process electronic payments at the event so please plan to pay with cash.
